Alejandro Rodriguez Jr.

Head Trainer & Co-Founder

Originally from Carteret, New Jersey, Alejandro spent most of his childhood immersed in sports and competition. In 2014, he proudly enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and was stationed at Camp Pendleton in California. During his service, Alejandro became known for training and motivating fellow Marines to meet and exceed their physical fitness goals, an experience that fueled his passion for fitness and leadership.

Following his transition out of the Marine Corps, Alejandro began his career as a personal trainer in Southern California, where he quickly built a loyal clientele. In 2019, he and his wife turned their shared dream into a reality by opening the doors to Coast2Coast Fitness.

Today, Alejandro serves as the head trainer at Coast2Coast Fitness, where he works with individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Whether it’s weight loss, strength training, or simply helping someone feel confident and consistent in their fitness journey, Alejandro takes pride in creating customized programs that educate, inspire, and transform. His passion for fitness is matched only by his dedication to helping others build healthy, sustainable routines.

Demi Rodriguez

Certified Golf Instructor & Co-Founder

Demi Rodriguez is the co-owner of Coast2Coast Fitness and a Certified Golf Instructor through the National Registry of Professional Golf Instructors (NRPGI). Originally from New Jersey, Demi began playing golf at the age of six and went on to compete throughout high school as a varsity athlete. In 2011, she attended Montclair State University, where she founded and led the Montclair State Golf Club for all four years of her college career. She also made history as the first female regional coordinator for the National Collegiate Club Golf Association (NCCGA), helping organize and promote collegiate golf tournaments across the region.Demi graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business and a minor in Sports, Events & Tourism Marketing. After college, she moved to Las Vegas to pursue her professional goals and, in 2019, opened Coast2Coast Fitness alongside her husband, Alejandro Rodriguez Jr. Together, they’ve built a fitness community rooted in passion, purpose, and family.

When she’s not at the gym or on the golf course, Demi enjoys spending quality time with her family, including her two children and beloved pups.

Leon West

Certified Personal Trainer & Group Instructor

Leon returned to his hometown of Las Vegas after earning his B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science from Coastal Carolina University in 2015 (Go Chants!). Early in his career, he discovered a deep passion for working with individuals with neurological disabilities. Helping clients accomplish what they once thought impossible continues to be a driving force behind his dedication to training. With experience working with individuals of all ability levels, Leon understands that every body is different—and so are everyone’s goals. His approach to fitness is rooted in personalized, functional training that meets each client where they are. Whether you're new to fitness or looking to enhance performance, Leon brings expertise, encouragement, and energy to every session.

When he's not in the gym, Leon enjoys hiking, watching football and UFC, and catching up on his favorite movies and shows.

Kat Secor

Certified Personal Trainer & Group Instructor

Kat Secor is a professional athlete, entrepreneur, and personal trainer who knows what it takes to create lasting change, because she’s lived it. From competing on a pro women’s paintball team and earning her IFBB Pro card in bodybuilding, to overcoming a chronic pain condition that sidelined her for years, Kat has rebuilt her own health and now empowers others to do the same.

Her coaching delivers real, lasting results, no quick fixes, no magic pills, just sustainable strategies, unwavering support, and a commitment to helping you build your healthiest, happiest life. She’s helped clients lose over 100 pounds and keep it off, guided a pro athlete to an MVP title, supported moms in rediscovering their strength and confidence, and even coached her own mother to step on stage for her first bodybuilding competition at age 62. Kat will listen to your goals, understand your challenges, and fight alongside you to achieve results that truly last.
